My best determination (after a minor fire) is 175 years of course it's been added to and updated over the years but going by the craftsmanship of the section that burnt and public records. If it had been any newer it would have been destroyed instead of just a few ceiling tiles getting scorched.
The stone foundations are hell, but the old houses atop them are exceptional. I used to have an 1850s farm house and one of our farms still has the 1890s house.
Yeah they don't build houses like that anymore, everybody cuts corners and tries to do things fast and cheap, that's fine and all but when your house is falling down around your ears after 10 years you regret it. I know baring a major disaster this house will still be standing when I'm gone.
And yet a large percentage of the Indian population can't even afford to adequately provide for their families...but hey, at least you have three helipads and six floors of parking.
