How does he get around? I'm assuming he can't drive. And what's up with his liver? Does he have a job? I have so many questions now.

Apparently he always feels so tired he can't hold down a full-time job. I suppose driving is out of the question.

The only thing he can do is follow a strict diet which lessens his symptoms.

Meat, non-starchy vegetables, herbal teas and spring water. So basically, yes.
