And yet Kellogg's and Post used to have plastic and metal toys loose in the cereal in the fifties and sixties, so did Crackerjack until they replaced them with those stupid stickers.
The non-edible object has to be encased in food to be illegal. Unless toys can only found within those giant shredded wheat bricks, toys in cereal is completely legal. 'Loose' is the key word.
I personally knew this, it doesn't change the fact that you guys don't have kinder eggs. It also certainly doesn't make food with non food inside it more dangerous than a gun, which I suppose is the focus of most memes about kinder eggs.
