Back in the 1990s, Congress passed a law giving term limits to all congressman. But president Clinton Vetoed it. It would be nice if some of those guys hadn't been in there for 40 years and showed no signs of ever leaving. Or if congressman were people who actually had business experience rather than just be lifelong politicians.
