Usually, when people remove their eyebrows, it looks so odd and weird and unnatural. But with her, it just seems normal.

Nope. It's just the urge to pull on hair,or pull it out. Though apparently some sufferers DO have the desire to eat their hair.

She actually just shaves them off because she didn't like having facial hair, and when they grew back, they were itchy, so she just kept shaving them off. It's not a mental disorder at all.
