My thoughts go to you and your friend.

This one got to me a little harder than one might think, my being over here in the states. I live in New Hampshire and we have our very own Manchester city too... about a half hour from me.

I didn't even hear about Marawi or the others. I'm not really one for praying but if there is benevolence in the universe, and I really hope there is, then I fervently hope that things for these poor souls improve soon.

The bomb in Thailand was a while ago. We're recovering. Right now we're more worried about the floods.

My own school got threatened in Thailand. They had to double security and put more fences up for safety.
