Time passes regardless of what you are doing. Find time for making memories of life, but don't sit around waiting. Use that time to invest in yourself. Work on your issues, create better habits, work out, get organized. Educate yourself and learn, practice skills, music, art, construction, computers. If you are using that time wisely and constructively when an opportunity comes along for happiness you can be ready. When that partner, career, home, or chance of your dreams finally presents itself you need to be ready emotionally, financially, and have the skills, maturity, and general knowledge to make it happen. The more amazing the life you want to live and the more amazing the partner you want the more you must be ready to be able to offer as a human being. Use your time wisely, there are no refunds and no exchanges.
Wise words. Often the "go getters" of the world grab the wheel in any lull or storm and demand a change of course. Sometimes the best action can be no action or to simply stay the course. Waiting has its place, but in general to wait tactically one must be waiting for something, and one must be prepared for when that thing shows up to seize the moment they have waited for.
