So it was someone that doesn't want people coming into their children's presence to shed the soil that brought them there.I bet they looked like shower caps and were washed after use. The GIF is industry doing something crazy.
This reminds me of when I just bought these new shoes and it started to rain...but I had these two condoms, so I pulled them on ever so tenderly, careful not to tear them, you see a shoe is so much bigger than... well it's pretty big for a condom
So then I had to walk trough the mud to pick up my boss and his wife from the airport. And when we got back to the car I through the mud-covered condoms in the back. Where they were promptly discovered by his wife, who started freaking out. I was like calm down those have not been in asses
So, it covers the rubber or leather part designed to deal with weather? As shoes for hundreds of years have? This must be the creation of some a$$hat that doesn't want people coming into his presence to shed the soil that brought them there.
Just because its not useful to you doesn't mean its not useful. An invention such as this could help people who need to prevent tracking foreign substances into a building. This could be very useful for people who must reduce foreign contaminants from themselves to go to their place of work, such as burn ward nurses, intensive care health professionals, crime scene investigators. Shoes not only track in soil but they track huge amounts of bacteria and some very dangerous bacteria at that.
In fact this would be a great invention for hospital visitors so they dont track bacteria down hallways and in elevators that could eventually be tracked to patients at risk for infection or with compromised immune systems.
