How do they work with the local government? I'm just wondering because I'm pretty sure if these popped up in Portland, they'd have problems. They've got lots of little city statutes against erecting structures and blocking sidewalks and such. I think they're trying to get better but they haven't been very good at dealing with the "homeless problem."
correct, the wheels mean it's not a permanent structure, so therefore cannot be in violation of such, if anything, parking fines may be issued, but without licence plate, it's a mute point
