I like watching people’s faces when they open a bottle of water and they hear that fizz and they know they’ve fucked up, but they drink it anyway hating every mouthful.
I like sparkling water and 80-90 percent of the people I know like it too. I think it's just not popular America.

I like it. Sometimes you want something fizzy but soda has so much sugar and/or other crap. It's good on ice if you put in a little fruit juice or flavoring syrup.
You have never lived in central Europe ? In germany everything is fucking schorle (which means fizzy). Like you order water and dont specify still ? BAM you got sparkling water. I live in Prague right now, my uni had sparkling option at water dispensers, the company I work at also has that in the kitchen etc...

I don't mind one once and a while... and they aren't horrible for hangovers. I don't like the flavored ones that have no sweetness though. The flavored ones with the sweetness, das coo.
