No it doesn't. The problem is that with pit bulls, when they bite down, their jaws lock and you can't really pry them open. They also tend to go for the face/neck and inflict multiple bites. Of course, most pits won't be aggressive, but when one is, it's catastrophic and it has nothing to do with how you raised the pit, there are natural triggers you can't control. Chihuahuas are more aggressive than pits, but they just don't have the capacity to do any damage. A toddler could fuck up a chihuahua.
