Size 8 will be great! (My Wife used to say when she was a 9) now “Size 12 is doable!” Is what she says. Doc says she needs exercise. Doc is fat shaming.

Your local fire dept would advise sleeping with the door closed. Smoke will not enter your room and begin killing you before the detector sounds and alerts you to the problem.
