well its too bland of an idea to say a racist joke doesnt make you racist if you walk up to a black guy you barley know and say hey what do you call a bunch of black people in a barn? Antique farm equipment. That person then has the right to assume you are racist. You barley know them and you made a highly sensitive joke it is not unreasonable to assume you are racist. OF course context matters but it doesnt mean it cant be interpreted different

there is no way they are going to google ray johnson in the google search bar. They have specific things they check. They have millions of different things on ray johson in google it is highly ineffective and unreliable no employer with sense is gonna do it.

im pretty sure bosses in job interviews do not google search people before hiring them
