You're supposed to loose some hair every day. People with long hair will lose longer strands, making it easier to clog the drain. So how do you mean that you can beat that?
Yes you do lose hair everyday and while washing but not very much if done correctly. You wash your hair separately from taking a regular shower, I have a sink similar to that of a salon. You wash your hair (depending on your hair type) with soap start from the tips and work your way up. Next you use natural oils like coconut/olive oil as an example or hair lotion detangler again start from the tips and work yourself up to the roots. This prevents your hair from tangling and from clogging. Air dry when dry brush hair with thin bristle brush use a combo brush that has both thick and thin bristle for best results. Always start from the tips. And most important always wash your hair every 3 to 4 days (again depending on your hair type most people every 2 days is fine as well.) It takes a long time for your hair to get to used to this routine. I hope this helps.

Put a bubblegum in that and a few spiders for some fun
My friends hair is like the girl in the middle, it's insanely long and she just puts it in a massive bun. I think it's her culture or something, she's turkish but whatever it is it's amazing
Most people keep their hair in braids if its that long. Notice how a few of them have a sort of wave to it? That happens when the braids come out ( usually to bathe or brush the hair)
I have a lot of hair and it's curly, so whenever I grow it out long it becomes a matted mess at the nape of my neck that is insanely hard to comb out. It's too much
