yeah true, might be heart issues related to sleep deprivation, i've driven 22 hours straight before, and that was leaving midday, no issues of feeling drowsy either

But not everyone is same as you. He already might have some problems related to heart and they fit triggered when he did that stream. We don't know the full story
I pull 24 hour days weekly, especially if I happen to get two days off work in a row (rarely do) so I have to compress all the crap I don't/can't do when I have to work into one day.
Pandemonium Warden, a boss in FF11, took BeyondTheLimitation (a Linkshell of like the top 50 players on the seraph server) something like 48 hrs to kill. It was the most epic video game fight in history and SE nerfed it right after because of how brutal it was.
I had a dragoon on the same server, I regularly played with some of the people who attempted that fight... it was nuts. They had rotations and stuff so people didn't exhaust themselves.
Live to play another day.
