well after brittany (the uk ambassador) made to many memes and they got rid of her they just decided to combine all of europe in too one super country ( called europe) to make up for the lost land mass.

I prefer the detailed and imaginative explanation by mrsuperman- but a simpler explanation is that they are... A European ambassador and not THE European ambassador. However less humorous than the other reply- we also must keep in mind that a world ran by women could be very different and have very different borders. For instance there could be a single ambassador that represented the entire European Union in foreign affairs.

The fact is that regardless of gender or sex there tend to be certain commonalities with those who seek and hold power, and all jokes asides women and men are both equally capable of anger, fear, greed, jumping to conclusions or lashing out when they feel insulted. Women have egos too.
