Exactly why me and my kid only day travel, I get enough dirty looks since I pretty much make him hold my hand (or sit in a shopping cart) when we are in public stores.

At that particular point I would either piss on him, call law enforcement and get him a room for a while (extortion, trespassing, and so on) or find an alternate route. Most likely go with option 2 though.

Shit! That's a bargain, an overnight sitter for my kid would cost me $1900 a month, and don't get me started on the fact that my child has cognitive development issues so likely more! Frankly I'd be bankrupt if not for family members.

I personally had an encounter with two idiots at 3 am this morning that were drunk as hell and arguing about what color a stop sign is! I cannot possibly imagine the human race ever having such a moment where we can all 'play nice' as a species let alone somehow manage to respect each other. Humans suck!
