Didn't enjoy your movie? Get a refund

I use to work at a movie theater, you can get a refund in the first 30 minutes.. at the one I worked at anyway

They will give you credut/voucher for another movie -

Also if you have an emergency or a crying kid talk to the manger and you can get a rainy day ticket which will allow you to watch a movie at a different time and/or date.

You choose the movie yourself, no one forces you to watch that specific movie
The theatre only shows the movie and provides snack and drink, they don't make the movies

At our theaters it’s halfway. I found that out during a shitty movie and asked for my money back. They said it was 2 minutes passed the halfway mark so I couldn’t. I said that was fine- and just haven’t gone back to that theater again.
