You know... saying other people are douchey, kinda makes you a douche. Most people that I know from "ze real lifes" that call other people a douche are pretty stuck up their ass pretty far. They think they're better than those "douches" which puts them at a similar level.... you can downvote me all you want but IM JUST SAYIN'

I do the same thing but not on purpose and then i get light headed and blackout for a few seconds and then have a anxiety attack and then die

I have this exact problem. It sucks because i can't just NOT think. My mind is always busy.
And sometimes ill be like how did i get here and retrace my thoughts to the exact thought that made me think about this thought and i go "ahh" that's what happened.
