I doubt people will put thought into what I say but I'm a sucker for punishment apparently. Your neighbour eight blocks away doesn't matter. Your family and close friends do. Those are the people you can actively help, assuming you're in a position to take care of yourself. The neighbours opinion, thoughts, struggles, none of that is your problem or concern. If he can't take care of himself then he has family or friends.

That's their opinion and not mine. I've had people harass and demand I have opinions on things. I'll tell them all this. "If it ain't a tree, I don't have an opinion".
