That's not my point. I'm not going to talk about the loss of life because in both circumstances it's tragic. My point is simply and concisely about the situation. Acts of war and terrorism are seperate which is why a lot of people find jokes about 9/11 innapropriate. I'm not defending anything so next time ask instead of making a point at my expense.

I was on a long drive one day. I drove past a coal plant. I asked my dad why it wasn't running in the middle of the day since there was no steam or anything coming off of the factories stacks. He said it was currently operating and showed me it was.

Well, 9/11 was a terrorist attack while Japan was nuked as an act of war. That's not a fair comparison.

Thinking implies passivity. Questions imply activity. Did these philosophers have great ideas from passive thoughts or from having questions?
