I don't know foreign governments well but I disagree wholeheartedly with government oversight on almost anything. Health is one of the most important ones. If you need a transplant then waiting on government insurance and government employees is a terrifying prospect.

That's what happens when you don't care for your citizenry. A proper government allows and encourages citizens to be armed. A pocket knife, pistol, a baton, or pepper spray can be the difference in a murder or assault case.

Same here. I can't find the links but a rural homeowner fired on three individuals who came up to his property and atleast one was armed. The homeowner was sent to jail before court was held and was treated as if he was guilty until he was found innocent. It was illuminating on how ridiculous Canada is.

That's crazy. Self defense is a basic human right.

I love educating people about firearms.
It's as simple as it sounds. It's a pistol you carry for everyday carry for self-defense reasons. They're generally small and rarely modified to my knowledge.

The cost of removing military equipment from a terrorist owned land is something NO ONE will complain about. I don't know where you thought this would create a new tax anyways. The military already has a budget and have removed or destroyed equipment before. It's not a new idea.

Border security or any law enforcement should be intimidating. Stick or carrot discipline. The stick doesn't look inviting nor should it. If someone doesn't belong then they need visual deterrents to lessen the need to use the stick.

Because if it did then he should have an understanding of how it feels to work as hard as you can and get nowhere. I could never dismiss such a hardship because of my experiences. If he can then I doubt funk has or he has no empathy.

America was built on immigration. Without immigration the population of America would have taken much longer to be at the height it is. America is "The Melting Pot" because people can come into the country and enjoy the "American Dream." The building blocks of America required immigrants, the law is equally applicable to all, and the future of America will involve immigrants. People can be racist, yes but saying a majority of Americans are racist is simply wrong.

I just have to add in that government healthcare is something I would never advocate for. It's nice in theory but currently in Canada healthcare is abhorrently inefficient and the federal government has destroyed the careers of many doctors and nurses due to increasing regulation. Specialists on average take a year to see, x-ray and other scans have a wait time of a six month average and bleeding in the ER is not seen to usually until you stop bleeding. @Famousone is correct in his assertion that healthcare tangentially leads to surveillance. When a civilization can't be trusted to administer medicine without government approval inevitably the government will be involved to a greater degree. It's proven by the Canadian goverment in its current state.
