The bigger version of a husky 7 comments

Well actually, the husky shown is commonly known as the 'modern' husky. They are bred specifically with sleeker and less fur, with longer limbs. The traditional husky is much more similar to a malamute than we see here, although huskies are significantly smaller

It's not like guns are all out illegal, you can still have one with a proper license. But. If you check the stats, Australia has a MUCH lower crime rate than America does, so we must be doing something right.

but because of our strict gun laws, we have no need to defend ourselves.

In Australia you need a full police background check, go through a training course and then be closely monitored by government/police to own a firearm

My close family friend who is a cop finds it amusing that people wear seatbelts and stay within the speed limit etc because they don't want to get fined not because they don't want to die in an accident

As much as I totally agree with this, I spoke to my uncle about this (who happens to own a large car/truck dealership in my state) and he said that companies hire for their customers, the main aim of hiring any new employe is for the customers, and hopefully getting more customers. A business runs off of its sales, and if the customers don't like the way the business looks, too bad for you. It may not be the right thing to do but it's just how society is these days

This is easily possible in either direction, there could be thousands of solar systems out there just like ours at totally different stages in evolution, some could be hundreds of years ahead or behind, some could still be at the dinosaur period and some could be mear weeks away from our current progress in evolution

The same could happen in reverse though, not everything is light years I front of us, there is many plannets and stars that are light years behind, just because we can't see them yet doesn't mean they're not there
