What the hell is your friend talking about? I lived and went to school in the Philippines for three years and I've never seen what your friend has described. Now it is true that some schools don't have air conditioning, but they at least have a couple of fans in each room. And I walk to and from school everyday and never have I seen a drunk, a pothead, or a tweaked. The one I call the most bs on is being able to buy and smoke cigarettes and weed during school.

This isn't a MacBook Air. It's actually the "new macbook" Apple thought that they should make an even thinner laptop so they made this. It uses a core m processor that only runs at 1.1 ghz. There is also only 1 port. It's a USB type c. So you have do everything through that one port. Including charging. So Apple is sacrificing a lot of power and functionality for a thin device.
