This'll probably get downvoted, but I agree with the whole thing, minus the mention of otherkins.. I haven't ever personally seen an otherkin begging for attention with it, it's just their personal little thing, Might just be me tho, idk. Other than that I totally agree, this is just... too many labels.

Once I dated a guy with low self esteem, and trust me it's no fun. He kept whining about how he hates himself, and he wouldn't do anything else. He didn't even listen to anything I said... Oh well, maybe not all are like him.
