To the guest up top: despite the incomprehensible English I do see your point, but you can't deny that often times the courts fail to bring justice into practice. no, I do not mean the courts do not exact proper judgment so hold onto your kidneys, I just mean that there are times that the bad guys can get away due to lack of evidence or the witness being too frightened to testify. In that case, the defendant gets off scot-free. No police charge. How will you judge him then?
