The control of the human population has always been around, why do you think so many countries are so ready to jump to wars? It's the price of the economic system we have nowadays, not that it would be different with any other economic system... But basically, according to the malthus theorem, population will continue to have a more rapid growth than resources, and the only way to make sure not everybody dies is making sure the population count "restarts" now and then, with wars and diseases... I'm not saying this is some kind of all powerful conspiracy among all countries but rich people make a lot of decisions based on how to stay rich

how pessimistic am i if every time i see something like this i always think of people who would lie to take advantage of this situation for their benefit? (For example faking being the family of someone who died just to get the free accomodation)
