Nah, the person never said "hey look at my art what do you guys think?" It just says "what do you think?" And to say it was implied that that's what the person meant without saying it. Even if you think it's implied not everybody does. They could have just seen the art somewhere and thought it was really cool and that people at funsub would like it so then posted it.
