ok, look. We who live in the snow belt areas know how to drive in the snow. It's a normal part of our lives. What the real title of this should be is the Alabama, Georgia type people who think they can drive 60 on ice, who lose their minds with an inch of snow. I have seen the videos, folks down there are dangerous!

This is so cool, so very refreshing. I just stopped on my wandering through the various news sites and such. After reading about such hate, divisiveness, graft and greed, to read all these supportive comments is so uplifting. Whether I (or anyone) agree with this person's expression or not, that he is respected is fantastic. Thanks everyone! You made my day.

Imagine a world where teachers are supported, where learning is valued. Imagine a world where parents think the best thing they can do is make sure their child excels and learns everything they can rather than pass rate. Imagine a world where understanding is more valued than "knowing". Oh, imagine a world where the whole concept of learning new things and mastering new skills is exciting and provides its own end goal.

If you care about others, you are willing to take them as they are. If you deem it your responsibility and prerogative to shoehorn people into strict definitions, being unwilling to allow each person his individuality, I see you as a fairly small little immature person. Life is huge, let go and enjoy it.

That's easy: Road Construction Season. We have this in Michigan. It starts in April, lasts through October or early November. We give thanks in late November for the end of Road Construction Season. In late December we give gifts of shock absorbers, new tires, hubcaps, and the very popular re-alignment as gifts to prepare for the coming Pot Hole Season. But, that's a whole another season.
