How does reposting this picture do anything good for anyone?
Showing a picture about dogs getting killed and a hashtag to someone doesn't just stop it.
And what celebrity would stop this?
You don't see Kim Kardashian or Kanye West donating money and food to starving children in Africa.
You don't see Neil Patrick Harris giving money to cancer research.
So how does spreading this picture do much of anything at all, except make people say "ooh that's not good" and that's that.
