Actually now we're kinda mad at him because he said he wanted to "live my life as a normal 22 year old" & like 5 days later he drops a solo record & we haven't even received one word from him for an explanation...it's just like come on, if he wanted to go solo then he could've just said instead of being sneaky & lying to us

I've stayed clean by distracting myself when I get tempted. I've taken up writing & its really helped me when I have had a shitty day and need an outlet that wont cause me any damage. Just take up something that seems interesting like art or sports:)
