He did a bad part of introducing Finn. I mean come on, if he's a stormtrooper who actually has emotions then how come there aren't others like him? How come there weren't other stormtroopers who decided that they didn't want to be bad and wanted to retaliate with Finn? I think if they'd introduced him in a better way then that would've been 1 less thing he didn't do right (the other being the fact that he fought with a lightsaber which only jedis are supposed to use). Like come on, what makes him so special to be the only one out of thousands of stormtroopers to actually say "no, I won't kill for the bad guy".

It's 21 because when it was 18, a lot of teenagers would get their license and drink & drive so there was a lot of car accidents & deaths so they figured that when you're 18 you're a bit more mature & won't recklessly drive drunk
