Idk.. I was raised in a low income neighborhood & I can honestly say alot of these "ghetto ppl"choose not to learn" even when provided with all the tool & resources. Before all else you must have the willingness & readiness to learn.

Teacher asks me "what do you want to be when you grow up?"
"I want to be a racist" (my skin color brown btw)
Teacher looks at me mortified
I say "I got to start practicing now"
Teacher continues to look at me mortified & confused
White girl sitting next to me asks "why would you want to be a racist"
I look at her & tell her "don't talk to me, I don't like you."
Teacher looks wide eyed & slightly disgusted.
I say but I want to be a racist because "I beat Jessica yesterday."
Jessica be absent today....she was sick.
Teacher begins breathing hard & stuttering asking me questions.
I pull out ribbon out of my bookbags **First place in Thomas Jefferson Field Day Races**
Teacher breathes a sigh of relief.

I am by far one of the most optimistic ppl you will ever meet. No matter how much you try to "overlook" it or pretend it's for other reasons..you can't not see it. Take the Oregon militia takeover for example. How long have they been occupying a federal building with there extremists & radical views....minimal news coverage. Protests in Ferguson...non stop news coverage.. dozens arrested. & pls don't tell me they were doing anything different than what the ppl in Oregon are doing. The news picks & chooses who & how it will portray certain groups & classes of ppl.
