Our brain gets all excited about seeing a human face and while the brain is busy with trying to interpret his facial expressions, it will filters out the other sequence as a distraction - making it appear as if the gif is moving faster and faster.

True but crayons don't leave such a crisp line. The parts that are left white were probably just purposely left dry. Or maybe this whole art is just made with magic, that could be a possibility too!

This has nothing to to with a white crayon, they draw with water first and then add ink, and it 'bleeds' into the water.

I don't get dress codes cause so what if you're wearing a tank top, what do you have to hide? Arms? Shoulders? Everyone has those. And shorts - Legs. Everyone has legs. There is nothing to hide. If anything, girls shouldn't be subjected to what they wear just because of guys' thoughts. Boys should be controlling themselves c;
