I'm aware of the obvious sanitary concerns, but if opened yet unused, couldn't they be stored in a dry, covered box, or in plastic ziplock bags, under the sink or wherever? Certainly it's not required for those products to be wrapped up in order to use them. :/

You're completely ignorant of the context of those verses you've quoted! Grandmagif is correct, the bible doesn't say to kill a disobedient child. It DOES say to discipline the child, to correct errant behavior, to raise them properly in the statutes and commandments of God.

Parents allow kids that age to properly handle weapons, typically smaller caliber handguns. A weapon, like a drill, is a tool. Both dangerous? Yes, but under the supervision and proper care taught by a parent, a tool is used for its intended purpose safely, like a gun.

Christ was still alive to literally say all of those things pertaining to the Old and New Laws, thus the Old Law was still in effect. The New Law, which Christ accomplishes, or fulfills the OLD Law is then done away with. All of the things you keep quoting are in error, for you don't have the proper understanding, nor context to fully understand the meaning of what's said.
