Not to be applied to every situation, but this concept is in fact biblical. Instead of arguing and fighting over each other, why can't we just be at peace with everyone's roles, abilities, and talents? Additionally, if we develop the way we're supposed to be as people (working hard to be Christ-like throughout our whole lives) we should also have compassion, patience, and understanding when encountering people's faults, shortcomings, and mistakes. Unless one hears the word of God (Romans 1:17), believes it (Mark 16:16), repents (turning away) of their sins (Acts 2:38), confesses that Christ is the Son of God (Romans 10:9-10), and is then baptized (scripturally and for the right reasons) (Acts 2:38), and then lives their lives faithfully to God regardless of life's circumstances, only then will you be with God in Heaven forever! :) Eternity, a concept of which we cannot grasp. Sadly, Hell is the very same - eternal. Questions? :)
