No, because sometimes it makes me feel like I want to self harm again. I guess maybe it could fall under flashbacks? Idk but it's definitely more than just feeling uncomfortable. And even if that's all it did make me feel, those things would still be triggering.

I'd just like to point out that not all triggers cause results that are quite that drastic. For example, I used to self-harm. For me, pictures of cuts or razors, or sometimes even the word "cut" can be triggering, but it doesn't send me into a panic attack or anything like that.
