Okay so basically you form a fist with your hand but you leave the index and middle finger slightly raised (if that makes sense) and you punch them straight-on on the side of the face which will split them if you punch hard enough and that will distract them and then you can punch them directly 'round the side of the head in the temple and knock them out straight away.
