I do agree with you, she can do what she wants and what makes her happy. But I need to say a couple of things too.I never said that she had to be a "pretty plaything" for others. I'm not trying to change her, I'm trying to joke about the fact that she looks like a small child who should not have been trusted to make responsible decisions about her wardrobe and hairstyle. It is a little disturbing but it's just one of those odd things that people do. Yes they do. Women have it a million times better because they aren't required to sign up for the draft and this means that they don't run the risk of getting pulled into some major conflict and probably dying. It hurts to lose someone but it doesn't make them just as much of a victim as the person who actually died and lost everything.
