He goes in for a handshake and comes back with a stump. "Thank you Mr. Stallone."

I can just imagine the guy who snags/gets snagged by Mr. Stallone's daughters coming home to meet the parents. "Holy shit, your dad is Rambo."

Instead of passing laws where the government pays for insurance, which makes the insurers think they can hike up the prices, we should pass laws that regulate the pricing of medicine. Same thing for colleges. We don't have the right to ask for anything for free, but we do have the right to demand it be priced reasonably and affordably.

We've already been over this. Bank robbery has a much harsher sentence than simple fraud. No matter his reasoning, the fact is, a crime was committed, and he needs to serve his time. The CEO probably took a plea bargain, too, which most likely lowered his sentence.

I do like what the Cowboys did, standing just before the anthem, that's fine with me. There is a time and a place for protesting, and the national anthem just isn't it.

Well, the MP5 comes with a solid stock option, as opposed to a collapsible one.

For the record, I did say "at first I was pissed, but then I remembered" The "I remembered" part referring to me remembering what the Paralympics are. If you cannot stand, it's one thing, but you ought to respect your flag enough to stand up during your own national anthem. During the national anthem, or the pledge of allegiance, you are supposed to stand, take off your hat, place your right hand over your heart, and face the nearest flag. It's a matter of respect for the founding fathers and those who fought and died for your freedoms. I'm not saying that someone HAS to stand up for the national anthem, but that they SHOULD. You don't have to respect people, but you SHOULD.

It is their right, but just because you have the right to do something doesn't mean it isn't disrespectful.

The joke was that most men actually do grow their beards because it makes them more attractive.

Uh, what makes you think men grow their beards for women? Maybe they just like to look badass? (he said as a sarcastic parody of people who think that women have never worn makeup as a way to make themselves more appealing to possible mates.

Well, in the event that our government became an actual tyranny, and not the perceived tyranny that liberals think it is, then we are entitled to rise up and fight against it. It's why the founding fathers gave us the first amendment, and why my fellows and I are so adamant that all these gun control measures are so unacceptable.

I rather thought that @famousone and @pokethebear were being quite decent and civil.
