No, dude, someone on food stamps would pay the same percentage of their wages as someone who inherited daddy's billions. So someone on food stamps pays, like, ten dollars, while someone who inherited daddy's billions pays, like, one-hundred million dollars.

This situation is leading to an influx of people from New York and California and other high cost states moving to lower-cost states, which in turn causes things in those states to increase in cost. STAY THE FUCK OUTTA TEXAS!!!
