They force in back in and wait till it want out and then force it back in until it becomes unbearable

But i do that and it always smells fuckin bad and is really loud.

Ground hogging man. You gotta walk around while you do it. Play it reaaaaaal cool. Make it not obvious.

Walking around while you fart is crop dusting. I (a woman) go to the bathroom to fart or wait until I'm outside. I've heard plenty of women fart in public before. I've walked past women in the store who were clearly farting while walking..no noise but I could smell it.
