Tbh, I think electrocuting yourself (bringing electrical appliances in tub/shower) is probably one of the quickest ways but I dunno about cleanest.

I would think that carbon monoxide poisoning combined with sleeping pills would be pretty painless. The pills make you fall asleep, so you dont have to worry about the migraine your get from the carbon monoxide

Well...insta-kills are the obvious answer. Gun to head or heart for example. Any option that leaves room for a last minute regret is bad because you're already set to die but can't do anything about it. Strangulation and jumping are such examples. Time-to-kill while conscious is also bad because you can feel pain (which you've explicitly made criteria against). Electrocution and drowning are such examples.
So tldr...
Gun to head is the only reasonable option to your criteria.
