Honestly I think it will survive a lot longer than that, people can say that it won't or whatnot but I just don't agree with that

Oh, certainly. However, that in no way means our probability for surviving into the 21st century is exceptionally high. I forgot which university conducted the study (I can probably dig out a citation if you demand one), but it was approximated that our chances of going extinct before the turn of 2100 is 18%. It sounds low, but in relative terms it is actually worryingly high.
We can survive, and the odds are more in our favour, but if we continue our moral decline I would not elevate my hopes much.

Everything had a beginning and will have an end. Even us. So live well while we're here. There's a movie called obselidia that explores this idea well. I found it a bit depressing but still good.

Yes. Hopefully a catastrophic event happens before humans end up using other means to control overpopulation
