Do you mean like long distance online relationships like in catfish?

Well, to be honest, the idea of dating as a whole has left me for now, thanks to inspirationandlove, who taught me to appreciate being single (and I am very grateful indeed). From what little I know about online dating, I'd recommend a service like Tinder, which to my knowledge lets you see how close they are to you to avoid catfishing.

I'd say don't do it. Most people on dating websites are there out of desperation or horniness. It's best not to take a risk

Whether or not it was a long distance relationship wouldn't matter I guess. I was just wondering what Funsubbers thought about it, like, could a meaningful, long-term, relationship start online. I've never dated before, so I was wondering if I should consider online dating or not.

I've heard of people that meet great people online. So it does work for some people. You probably have to get lucky though. Personally I would prefer to meet in person from my experience however.

I actually met my boyfriend of three years online, but I had to wade through an ocean of unwanted dick pics and perverted teenage boys. It's definitely has more cons than pros but it's worth it once you find that one guy you can talk with for hours without ever getting bored.
