Okay so like I need some advice
I woke up with a pain in my right side. I thought I had an appendicitis. It wasn't too bad, just a small pain but in the general area. So I looked up the symptoms and was getting really nervous. ( I have that thing where you look up one symptom and assume the worst ) I read that if you have one you can't pass gas ( so I was glad when I did ) and I went to the bathroom and now the pain is gone but now I feel a bit nauseas.
I know you guys aren't medical professionals but should I be fine or worried ?

I think you're fine. Maybe just some bad food or something. My appendicitis caused me to vomit, like, nonstop, and it was a horrid pain. Of course, its not the same for everyone, but I think you're alright.

Did the pain on the right side feel like you were getting stabbed? That's classic appendicitis pain (I know from experience)
