It's one of my favorite ones and it's one that I won't be deleting from my phone.

However I am exceedingly disappointed the obvious relationships weren't given closure. Gajeel+Levi, Erza+Jellal, Lucy+Natsu, etc.
also, I can't tell who was the main character. Was it Natsu or Lucy? Because she was the narrator and first character, and the last.

To be honest I started to hate fairy tail after the whole demon thing. The arc after the guild games. There's too much plot armor and it just feels like another dbz thing.

I do agree about the plot armor. Several people should have died (not that I wanted them to, but the story definitely pointed to death) but then somehow come back.
