I did a few digging through some posts, and I tried different ways to spell it. I almost thought I had it, finding a post which a user deleted their account after saying "Now I've seen everything. Time to leave the Internet for good :D", but it wasn't. After searching a little longer, I found out how to spell the username. (S)he didn't delete the account, but you most likely misspelled the username. The correct username is "haesul_noot" or the original account, "haesulnoot". It shows (s)he was last on 3 weeks ago.

TL;DR: haesul_noot's account wasn't deleted, it was just last active since 3 weeks ago.
