Morenatsu was the first ever game that made me cry. Kouya's route just made me feel so happy for him at the end! And also when I found out this game was discontinued and shut down ;(

I cried because I thought the Chief died in the ending of Halo 3. I cried harder playing through Halo 4 because it made no sense to me.

The Last of Us got me close a couple of times.

Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4- the story was better than the anime and had more emotion to it.
Darksouls- because my favorite onion knight amd sunlight warrior died because they went insane.
Watchdogs- because of the human trafficking mission

I cried at Portal 2 as well. Poor Wheatley. I also feel bad for GLaDOS, like, damn.
I also played Dream Daddy today with my friend over a Skype call. I guess it wasn't really much sadness, it was a weird mix of sadness and happiness? I cried when (SPOILER WARNING) your Dadsona comforts Amanda about her friendship issues. I also cried in pure happiness along with said friend from earlier when we finished the Mat route's good ending.
