Oh, I use Pictophile to attach two pictures and fuse them. Use the combine Image&gif Together tool from the builder section. Pictophile is also an decent source of memes for me

You can do it diagonally as well, just select how many pictures you are going to fuse

Guess what? Put them all into Word Doc, go into start menu and type "Snipping" then you'll have a snipping tool to crop your pic and save it as a full image.
